1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PeppyTrack. The app is intended for educational and organizational purposes related to peptide research tracking. It is not intended to provide medical advice, health guidance, or therapeutic instructions.

PeppyTrack does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. All information you enter into the app is under your control and is not evaluated or reviewed by PeppyTrack.

2. App Purpose

PeppyTrack is designed as a personal research tracking tool. Its purpose is to help users organize information related to peptides, schedules, and notes.

PeppyTrack does not:

• Provide dosing advice
• Provide medical recommendations
• Validate the safety or legality of any compounds
• Verify the accuracy of user input
• Offer any diagnostic or therapeutic functions

All decisions regarding health, supplementation, or compounds must be made with a qualified professional. PeppyTrack is for informational tracking only.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PeppyTrack may offer optional premium features through subscriptions.

a. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are handled exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system. PeppyTrack does not collect or store:

• Payment card information
• Billing details
• Personal identifiers required by Apple for purchase

Apple is the merchant of record for all subscription transactions.

b. Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions by visiting your Apple ID settings.

c. Refunds

Refunds for purchases or renewals must be requested through Apple. PeppyTrack cannot issue refunds.

d. Subscription Status

The app stores your subscription status locally on your device. This status contains no personal information and is used only to determine access to premium features.

4. User Data and iCloud Sync

a. Local Data

All logs, plans, notes, and settings are stored on your device. PeppyTrack does not access, collect, or transmit this content.

b. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If enabled, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. iCloud sync is governed by Apple's policies. PeppyTrack does not access or store your iCloud data.

c. Anonymous Analytics (Optional)

With your explicit consent, PeppyTrack may collect anonymous aggregate data to improve app performance and guide feature development. You can opt in or out during onboarding or through the Tools menu at any time.

No identifiable information is included in these analytics.

5. User Responsibilities

By using PeppyTrack, you agree:

• Not to misuse the app for unlawful purposes
• Not to rely on PeppyTrack for medical or therapeutic decisions
• To maintain your own backups if you choose not to use iCloud
• To follow all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You understand that PeppyTrack is not responsible for decisions you make based on information you track within the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding within PeppyTrack are the property of PeppyTrack. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app or website without written permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeppyTrack is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Device malfunction
• Decisions or actions taken based on app content
• Misuse of the app
• Errors or interruptions in app performance

PeppyTrack is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify PeppyTrack or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will appear on peppytrack.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PeppyTrack if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
