1. Information We Collect

PeppyTrack collects only the information needed to operate the app and improve functionality. Most data stays on your device and never leaves it unless you choose to share anonymous analytics.

a. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally and remains under your control:

• Peptide logs
• Plans and schedules
• Notes
• Settings and preferences
• Subscription status (if you purchase a subscription)

Subscription status data contains no personal information. It is used only to unlock premium features you have purchased.

b. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your app data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account. This data is encrypted by Apple and never accessible to PeppyTrack. We do not store or transmit your logs, notes, schedules, or subscription status to our servers.

c. Anonymous Aggregate Data (Optional)

With your permission, the app may collect anonymous usage information. This may include:

• The peptides you track in anonymous aggregate form
• The number of active plans
• General usage trends
• Feature interaction patterns
• Non-identifiable device metrics

This data does not identify you and cannot be linked back to you. You may opt in or out at any time:

• During initial onboarding
• Through the Tools or Settings menu at any time

If you opt out, no analytics data is collected.

2. What We Do Not Collect

PeppyTrack does not collect or store any of the following:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Photos
• Contacts
• Login credentials
• Payment information
• Health information that identifies an individual
• Exact location data

We do not offer a login system. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Subscriptions and Payment Information

PeppyTrack may offer optional subscription features. All subscription payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. PeppyTrack does not receive or store:

• Credit card numbers
• Billing addresses
• Payment history
• Personal identifiers collected by Apple during purchase
• Store account information

Apple manages purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Your subscription status is stored on your device and contains no personal or billing information.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

4. How We Use Anonymous Data

If you choose to share anonymous analytics, PeppyTrack uses this information to:

• Improve app functionality
• Enhance user experience
• Identify bugs or performance issues
• Guide feature development
• Understand general usage patterns

We do not use analytics for advertising or profiling.

5. Sharing of Information

PeppyTrack does not sell, rent, or trade any information.

We may use third-party analytics processors to help interpret anonymous usage trends. These processors receive only anonymous data. They cannot identify you and are not allowed to combine data with other sources.

No personal or device-identifiable information is shared.

6. User Choices and Controls

You control your data at all times. You may:

• Enable or disable iCloud sync in your Apple device settings
• Opt in or out of anonymous analytics during onboarding
• Change your analytics opt-in status at any time in the Tools menu
• Use PeppyTrack with no data sharing at all

All app features function without analytics data.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect data, including:

• On-device encryption provided by iOS
• End-to-end encryption for iCloud data
• Secure communication for optional analytics submission

No system is perfectly secure. PeppyTrack limits data collection to reduce risk and stores all identifiable data on your device only.

8. Children's Privacy

PeppyTrack is not intended for individuals under eighteen years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website at peppytrack.com may link to external sites. Their privacy practices are separate from PeppyTrack. We are not responsible for policies on third-party sites.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on peppytrack.com with a new effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
